After learning about this the hard way, I’ve developed a habit to limit its effects.
I started reaching out to people I trust and who tend to always disagree with me and ask for their opinion.
At first it was extremely hard. I’d come up with all kinds of biased arguments to justify my ideas and counter theirs.
A few dozens of conversations later, it became the most enjoyable and rewarding part of any exchange I could have with someone.
