Michael Breus is insanely good at explaining the importance of sleep and how to hack the sleep schedule.
I especially loved the 20-minute nap technique which starts with drinking a cup of coffee and off to bed. It takes 20 minutes to finish the first part of a sleep cycle and 20 minutes for caffeine to kick in, you wake up empowered and full of energy.
I highly recommend that hack especially for those adjusting to their new sleep schedule.
